Sunday’s game is presented by Wendy’s, the official hamburger restaurant of the New York Giants.

Don’t forget to pick up your Giants key tag, courtesy of Wendy’s, as you leave the game on Sunday!  All fans will receive a key tag with a special coupon for a free Junior Frosty from Wendy’s! Stadium representatives will be at each gate handing these out to fans upon exiting. 


Fan Appreciation

At Sunday’s game, the Giants will provide complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts hot chocolate courtesy of Delaware North and Mrs. Fields at the MetLife and Verizon Gates for the first 3,500 fans.  In addition, $2 Super Pretzels, courtesy of J&J Snack Foods, will be available until 12:30 p.m. while quantities last. Discounted pretzels can be purchased at the concession stands located across from sections 106, 121, 131,146, 201, 226, 306, 322, 330, 346 and at the Boardwalk stands inside the Toyota and United Rentals Clubs.

Team News

Coming off their fourth win in five games since the bye week, the Giants host the Tennessee Titans, who improved to 7-6 with a 30-9 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars last Thursday night. The Giants lead the all-time series, 6-5, winning the first five games, losing the next five, and winning the most recent matchup in Nashville in 2014. Mike Vrabel is the second of three new head coaches on the Giants’ 2018 schedule. The Giants defeated Matt Nagy’s Bears in Week 13 and will face Frank Reich’s Colts on the road in Week 16.

 DID YOU KNOW?

·         Entering Sunday, Saquon Barkley has five touchdowns of at least 50 yards from scrimmage, the most by a rookie in a single season since Pro Football Hall of Famer Randy Moss (five touchdowns in 1998). Only Billy Howton of the 1952 Green Bay Packers had more such touchdowns as a rookie (six). Barkley has 12 games with at least 100 scrimmage yards in 2018, tying Edgerrin James (12 games in 1999) for the second-most games by a rookie in NFL history. Only Pro Football Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson (13 games in 1983) has more such games.

·         The Giants’ 24-point margin of victory vs. Washington was their largest since a 36-7 triumph on Dec. 7, 2014, against the Titans, Sunday’s opponent.

·         Alec Ogletree has five interceptions, tying Jerry Hillebrand’s record set in 1963 for most in a single season by a linebacker in franchise history.

·         Eli Manning is the seventh quarterback in NFL history with at least 55,000 passing yards (Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Tom Brady, Dan Marino and Ben Roethlisberger).

·         With last week’s win over Washington, the Giants became the first NFL team with 100 regular-season victories against another franchise.

·         Eli Manning has thrown 112 regular-season touchdowns in the fourth quarter, the most touchdowns in any quarter in his career (First Quarter: 70, Second Quarter: 107, Third Quarter: 67, Overtime: 1).

·         According to NFL Next Gen Stats, Barkley hit 21.91 mph during his 78-yard touchdown last week, the fastest max speed on a rushing touchdown in the NFL this season.

GAMEDAY INITIATIVES

Toys for Tots Drive

On Sunday, the Giants and Toyota, in partnership with the United States Marines, will hold their annual Toys for Tots Drive. Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to any of the collection vehicles and volunteers located at each entrance of MetLife Stadium prior to the game. Modell’s Sporting Goods has donated $2,500 worth of sports equipment to the cause and will hand out coupons to all fans who donate a toy. Coupons are redeemable at Modell’s locations only. All gifts collected will be donated to Toys for Tots, the premier community action program of the United States Marines. Once again, the Giants ask their friends and fans to join the team during the holiday season.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC UPDATES

Route 495 lane closures

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) has officially announced necessary lane closures as part of the rehabilitation of the Route 495 Bridge over Routes 1 & 9 and Paterson Plank Road in North Bergen.  Please click here for more information.

 Lot 26 closure

Due to construction on the east side of the MetLife Sports Complex, Parking Lot 26 is no longer an available parking area.  Parking Lot 27 is still available for tailgating and grilling and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Replacing surface Lot 26 are Parking Decks A and E.  Both of these decks are open and available for parking and tailgating, however GRILLING IS NOT PERMITTED in these parking structures.

 Parking for Guests without Pre-Paid Permits

Guests without prepaid permits may also park at the off-site lot located at 20 Murray Hill Parkway, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 for $40. Shuttle service will be provided to and from MetLife Stadium.

 Port Authority Bus Terminal – Gate Changes

The Port Authority Bus Terminal gates 410, 411, 412 and 413 will be used for the Coach USA 351 Express bus to the game.

 NJ Transit

NJ TRANSIT will provide rail shuttle service to/from MetLife Stadium on Thursday.  Service to the Meadowlands Station from Secaucus will begin approximately three hours prior to the 1:00 p.m. kickoff and will run for approximately 90 minutes following the end of the game.

Bud Light Beer Garden

The Bud Light Beer Garden, located outside of the MetLife and Verizon gates, will feature $5 Budweiser draft beers and great music from 11:00 a.m. until kickoff.  Super Bowl Champion Stephen Baker* will sign autographs for fans from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. 

The Northwest Tailgate

Looking for the ultimate Giants tailgate, gameday experience? Come visit The Northwest tailgate trailer located on the roadway between the MetLife and Pepsi gates. New Jersey Attorney General’s Office

Stop by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office booth on the island outside the MetLife and Verizon gates to learn how Insurance Fraud costs the average New Jersey resident $1,300 every year! While you are there, take a picture with their sidewalk chalk that looks like you are actually standing on a cliff!

Waste Management

Come visit the Waste Management product display located on the roadway between the MetLife and Pepsi Gates. Check out a Bagster truck, and see what it can do to take care of your home cleaning and small renovation waste needs. Buy. Fill. Gone. Giants Legend Pepper Johnson* will also be onsite to take pictures with fans from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

MetLife Plaza

The MetLife Plaza is a fun-filled fan destination on gameday at MetLife Stadium.  Fans can participate in the following activities:      

  • Work Hard, Root Harder Recognition
    • Do you own or work for a small business? If so, be sure to visit the MetLife Benefits Desk to receive a commemorative certificate. MetLife will be honoring different workforces at each game this season, so be sure to check back each week to see which workforce will be acknowledged!
  • Alumni Autograph Signing
    • Join us at the MetLife Plaza stage this Sunday for your chance to meet and receive an autograph from Giants Legend Rodney Hampton*.  Hampton will sign autographs and take pictures from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.

    • Are you gameday ready? Come show us your skills at the MetLife Punt, Pass and Kick Field!

SAP Plaza

Through a variety of skills and challenges, SAP will help fans take their football skills to the next level. SAP created a FAN COMBINE, which allows fans to experience the same drills the pros do on their combine day. SAP will provide insights to show fans how to perform drills at their best. Giants alum and Super Bowl Champion Plaxico Burress* will sign autographs at the combine from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. 

 Giants Pregame Radio Show on WFAN

The Giants pregame radio show will air on WFAN 660 AM.  The show begins at 11:30 a.m.  Hosts Lance Medow, John Schmeelk, Paul Dottino and Jeff Feagles will get Giants fans ready for all the action with an in-depth preview of the game.

Check out the latest Toyota models at the Toyota Car display, including the new Giants-wrapped vehicle and take Eli’s challenge make a pledge at the Tackle Kid’s Cancer Camry!

Verizon Plaza

Giants Legacy Club Presented by NewYork-Presbyterian

Make sure you take time to visit the New York Giants Legacy Club Presented by NewYork-Presbyterian.  This team museum is located on the 100 Level Concourse nearest Section 144, just above the MetLife Gate.  The Legacy Club is open to all fans, beginning when the stadium gates open through halftime of each Giants home game.  Fans can re-live the most memorable moments and view artifacts from throughout the team’s 94-year history.  Busts of the team’s most celebrated players and personalities are displayed, along with each of the team’s Super Bowl trophies and rings.  It’s a must-see exhibit for fans of all ages!  NewYork-Presbyterian will also be on-hand with special photos and giveaways for all fans that stop by the Legacy Club.

National Anthem

On Sunday, Ariana DeBose will perform the national anthem.  DeBose received Tony and Drama League award nominations and won the Chita Rivera Award for Outstanding Female Dancer in a Broadway Show for her role as Disco Donna in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical. Ariana recently starred as Jane in Chazz Palminteri's A Bronx Tale directed by Jerry Zaks and Robert De Niro. Her other credits include Hamilton (Off-Broadway and original Broadway cast), Leading Player in the Tony Winning revival of Pippin, Mary Wilson of the Supremes (Diana Ross cover) in Motown, Nautica in Andy Blankenbuhler's Bring It On the Musical and Sondheim's Company with the New York Philharmonic. Her TV credits include: “Blue Bloods” (CBS), “The Breaks” (VH1), “SYTYCD” top 20 season 6 (Fox) & “OLTL” Star Crossed Lovers Series.

The West Orange Police Department will present the colors prior to Sunday’s game.

Halftime

Today’s halftime will feature the Phillipsburg High School Band.

 The Uber Zone at MetLife Stadium

The Giants and Uber have teamed up to provide a great way to get home from the game!

Here are some pro tips to get you home:

 1.  Select your ride

Once you exit MetLife Stadium, open your Uber app and set your drop-off location. You’ll see a guaranteed up-front fare displayed in the app before you request. Select your preferred ride option on the slider at the bottom of your screen.

2.  Head to the Uber Zone located in Lot E

Once you request your ride, head directly to the Uber Zone, located in Lot E outside of the Verizon gate. Your driver will meet you there.

3.  Locate your driver

Once your driver has arrived in Lot E, he or she will call/text you to let you know in which row they are parked. If you are having trouble connecting with your driver, you can call/text him or her.

GAMEDAY FEATURES AND REMINDERS

Text Messaging for Assistance

On gameday, if you wish to report issues or concerns or ask for information or assistance in a fast, easy and convenient way, you may do so by texting the MetLife Stadium Command Center by using the GuestAssist text message service. Guests should address the text message to 78247, type the word GIANTS followed by a space, the request and location. MetLife Stadium Parking staff, Safety Services team members and/or New Jersey State Police will respond, as appropriate.

Bud Light Good Sport Designated Driver Program

Be a responsible Giants fan, and plan ahead to have safe transportation to and from every game.  Giants fans who are 21 years of age or older can pledge to be a designated driver at the Bud Light Good Sport Designated Driver booths, which are located at each entry gate, as well as all Guest Services booths in MetLife Stadium.  Those who sign up will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage voucher and a chance to win great prizes, including a chance to be the Designated Driver of the Game, game tickets and a trip to the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl.  When you enjoy alcohol responsibly and make a designated driver part of your game plan, everyone wins!

If you are 21 or older, make your pledge at a Good Sport booth at each game for the remainder of the season. You will help the team earn six challenge points and ensure your friends get home safely.  For more details, click here.

TICKET OFFICE

The Giants Ticket Office is located on the west side of MetLife Stadium and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. On non-game days, visitors should park in Lots F or G and should access the Stadium through the MetLife Gate.

Customer Service windows are open on game day beginning 2 hours prior to kickoff.
